The best way to install any module in Python 3.4 onwards is to use pip . Before using it make sure you have persistent Internet connection.
Put the location of python.exe in the PATH environment variable.
Open command prompt and enter this command: python -m pip install matplotlib
That should take care of the installation of pyLab (matplotlib).
